How To Customize

This is how to customize a Blogger blog. First, go to your blog dashboard, then click on Template.

Then, click on the orange button that says Customize.

From there you have a wide variety of options. You can change the template here, using one of Blogger's premade ones. If you are using a custom theme from someone else, usually the only tab you can mess around with is the Advanced tab.
